Software & automation for small businesses
Make your business run smarter.
I help small businesses eliminate repetitive work, automate manual processes, and use AI where it actually makes sense.

- No AI knowledge required
- No obligation
I’m a senior software engineer. I’ve built production software, backend systems, integrations, and automation at large technology companies and at small, fast-moving teams, and I use AI in my own engineering work every day.
The difference is that I don’t stop at advice. I’ll learn how your business actually runs, figure out what’s worth changing, and then design and build the solution myself.
Sometimes that’s AI. Often it’s something simpler. Either way, I’ll tell you honestly what will make the biggest difference for the money.

Start with the problem
What is your team still doing by hand?
Most businesses have a few processes that work, but take far longer than they should. If any of these eat up hours every week, they’re worth a closer look.
- Copying information from one system into another
- Processing forms by hand
- Cleaning up the same spreadsheet every week
- Writing the same emails over and over
- Creating invoices and charges manually
- Pulling together reports
- Coordinating requests between people and vendors
- Keeping customers updated on status
- Re-typing data that already exists somewhere
You don’t need an AI strategy.
You need a business problem worth solving.
Sometimes the answer is
Automation
Forms that turn into invoices, reminders that send themselves, files that land in the right place.
Sometimes the answer is
Connecting your tools
Getting the software you already pay for to share information instead of relying on copy and paste.
Sometimes the answer is
AI, where it helps
Reading and sorting emails, pulling details out of documents, drafting routine replies for a person to approve.
Sometimes the answer is
A small custom app
Replacing the fragile spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch with something simple and reliable.
The goal isn’t more technology. It’s making your business easier to run, so your team can spend their time on work that actually needs a person.
How it works
From annoying process to working solution.
- 01
Show me the problem
In a free 30-minute call, walk me through a process that’s repetitive, slow, or frustrating. No preparation or technical knowledge needed.
- 02
I map the workflow
I learn how the work actually happens today and find where time, errors, and handoffs pile up.
- 03
You get a practical recommendation
What to automate, what to leave alone, whether AI is actually needed, and whether building something makes financial sense.
- 04
If it makes sense, I build it
I design and build the solution, connect it to the tools you already use, and make sure your team can run it.
What this can look like
Practical automation, not AI for AI’s sake.
Three common workflows, before and after. These are illustrative examples of what automation can look like, not client case studies.
Today: done by hand
- Customer fills out a form
- Someone downloads the responses
- Cleans up the spreadsheet
- Matches each response to the right customer or account
- Enters each charge by hand
- Collects payment
- Reconciles payments against the records
Automated
- Form
- Customer match
- Charge
- Payment
- Reconciliation
- Responses are matched to accounts automatically
- Charges are created without re-typing
- Only mismatches need a person’s attention
Today: done by hand
- Someone reads every email in the shared inbox
- Figures out what each one is about
- Creates a task
- Sends it to the right person
- Remembers to follow up
Automated
- Email
- AI classification
- Task created
- Routed
- Follow-up
- Each email is sorted by topic and urgency
- Tasks go straight to the right person
- Follow-ups happen on schedule, not from memory
Today: done by hand
- Customer calls, texts, or emails
- Someone writes down the request
- Figures out what kind of issue it is
- Finds the right person or vendor
- Schedules the work
- Updates the customer
Automated
- Request
- Categorize
- Troubleshoot
- Route
- Schedule
- Customer update
- Every request is captured in one place
- Common issues get troubleshooting steps right away
- Customers hear back without anyone chasing
